No I had not tryed

This is what happened when I did
sudo apt install libjpeg62-turbo
[sudo] password for web:
Reading package lists... Done

Package libjpeg62-turbo is not available, but is referred to by another
package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package 'libjpeg62-turbo' has no installation candidate
It must be coming from a non standard repo or something ?
