[Coco] ovcc update

Walter, I don't have my computer at the moment with all my Coco stuff on it as I am at my daughter's (2 hours away). I will be back home next week and I'll see if I can get it working. it may be a week or so as I'm about to move from the church we've been using as shelter from my home being flooded during hurricane Florence and moving in with my daughter, so time is limited until we get things settled.
It seems like there were several things that needed to be done... one being to change the clock address in the FD502 config (I think?). I remember making notes on how to set it up and I should also have an image as well.

It uses the standard os9/rsdos partition scheme just like hdbdos for dw and rgbdos. You'll have to set the offsets as described in the hdbdos manual.
