[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

I realized that EmuDisk is missing only one thing now. I can insert a file
into a vhd or os9 image, but only by drag and drop. There is no menu item
for inserting a file from the PC HD to an image, either in one of the
menus, or in the right-click context menu.
