[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

I almost forgot one little thing. It would have been nice to be able to
select a group of files and change all their attributes at once, rather
than having to go sequentially through the directory one file at a time to
change the attributes. On a directory with a few files, it doesn't matter,
but when you have over 15 files it becomes burdensome to do it
one-at-a-time. The directory I had to do this with contains 147 files. It
took awhile to change all those attributes.
