[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

This request will take me some time, as I will have to either change the
file info dialog into a tri-state dialog for handling  bulk changes, or
create a different dialog for purposes of mass file changes. With the fix of
the file attribute retention, this shouldn't be a major inconvenience for
now.

I almost forgot one little thing. It would have been nice to be able to
select a group of files and change all their attributes at once, rather than
having to go sequentially through the directory one file at a time to change
the attributes. On a directory with a few files, it doesn't matter, but when
you have over 15 files it becomes burdensome to do it one-at-a-time. The
directory I had to do this with contains 147 files. It took awhile to change
all those attributes.
