[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

Thanks for fixing the '..' and '.' problem. While you're at it, I found a
couple more things.

First, if you right-click a entry in the file pane (and I think also in the
directory pane) it will select the item in the pane, but all items in the
popup menu are grayed (disabled). I have to left-click, then right-click to
get the items in the menu to be active. Can you make it so a right-click
alone is sufficient?

When files are copied (and I assume directories), the attributes of the
files are always set to EWRewr. The default for non-executable files is
--R-wr, and for executable files is E-Rewr. When copying, I believe that
the files current attributes should be kept intact. I noticed that all the
files I copied were -WR-wr, and the copy made them all EWRewr. Can you make
it so a file or directory's attributes are preserved in the copy?
