Monoprice is where I get all my cables. Even if I'm in Canada,
shipping is not expensive.
Simple HDMI-DVI adapter :

$ 2.26

They also have cables with a DVI at one end and HDMI at the other. I
use one like this to connect my laptop to my 22" monitor (no DVI on
the laptop, only HDMI) :

$ 3.23

Monoprice is so cheap that a month ago I needed a 12' HDMI cable and a
12' PC-Power cable, and ordering them from Monoprice, with the
shipping was 1/3 of the price of the cheapest HDMI cable I could find
in-store here.

And they usually ship it pretty fast.
