Well if you want to take a subjective opinion, the VCC colors in CMP mode look 
essentially exactly the same as the colors on an Amdek Color-1 (CMP) monitor.

It is necessary to make minor adjustments in brightness, contrast, color, and 
tint on the Amdek to get the closest match.

That probably won't help you decide which colors to use in your own programs so 
they appear identical on CMP and RGB monitors.
