[Coco] Yet another SideKick version 1.17

Hi all,

I made a small change to make floppy users easier. Now you can set the
number of drive you have to not have the undesired experience to select a
non connected drive and wait for a minute until it times-out.

You can look at the support files like SIDE10.BAS or SIDE11.BAS. After
loading the binary just set a POKE &H3000,x where X is your maximum drive.

If you need to change the max drive for RGB/HDB-DOS just poke at &H150 with
the maximum drive number.

I've included as well several other basic files for common use.
