[Coco] Yet another DW4 update

Well... technically any file *could* be updated but quite often only
the big .jar file changes from one version to the next.  You can see
what the updater look at here:

http://dwupdate.cococoding.com/updates.xml

If you delete or change any of the files it monitors, it will replace
them with the versions defined for a particular version (if you tell
it to).  You can also force a re-examination of your current files by
entering:  /forceupdate   in the dw command box.
