[Coco] [COCO] PCB Manufacturers request

Thank you everyone for your input and more is welcome as more get time to
see the feed.

The project I am working on is my first one and trying to figure out
software cost and board creation costs.  With limited funding price is the
biggest thing right now, but I also don't want to go to cheap and get
burned either. :D

Though I guess doing something for the first time there is always a
learning curve :D
