[Coco] Copyright conversation

With the last round of copyright threads I've come to agree that they should
be declared as off topic and banned from the list!! Maybe 1 of 100 have any
content that hasn't been gone over and over and over and over and over and over
and over again. Maybe we can make an exception for lawyers! :-)
