Mark I agree whole hardily. One could do 24 bit color with a pallette register 
much as the Coco does  now. But trtue 16 bit or 24 bit color even at 25 MHz 
speed requires a whole lot more than a minor hardware change. One would 
need a separate GPU instead of a VDU.
