[Coco] odd JOYSTK behavior

	FYI:  My deuce (a 3026, "The socketed one"), uses 0/1 for the right.

	The "TRS-80 color computer quick reference guide" (26-3194)
has these reversed (0/1 for the left).


P.S.:	Man I would love to get hold of the idiot that invented these
	wire spiral bindings ...
