This is not true... I run both emulators under ME (and 98 before) from
a DOS window.
As pointed out, MESS is much more accurate emu, especially in terms of
speed accuracy (provided the PC isn't too old), and you could program
for real CC3 with MESS, but I've found a few progs that don't work
under Jeff's emu (programs that display all 64 colors at once for
example... ML stuff.) But sometimes the speed of Jeff's emu is a good
thing.
