I was hoping there would be more interest.
How much should this project cost?
How complete should it be? Just a bare board or what?
A kit maybe with board,Pre-programmed PLA decoder and some 
connector pins?
Maybe a clock ckt and a +5v power connector?
What options would you like to see?
Since you are a HAM I bet you would use it for something like 
controlling a radio of some kind. Is that correct?
