Contrary to a diminishing popular belief.. Windows XP is not really that 
incompatible.  In fact, it's more common to see Windows 98 choke on a 
modern program than to see XP choke on something old.  I know this because 
I run both systems side by side.

As for imgtool.exe...  definately go download the latest version.  I've had 
several people ask me about problems related to a past version that created 
.dsk files of 77k no matter what you did.  Talk about pulling your hair 
out.  :)
