[Coco] os9 copy is not reporting an error

Gene,

Using CVS, you should sync up to the tree to get the latest os9tools 
from sf.net.    I really need to get a release out, but have been busy.

Also, in honor of your screw-up with the startup file, I've modified 
sysgo to bypass the startup file and AutoEx execution if the SHIFT key 
is held down while NitrOS-9 is booting.  This will be in the next 
release of NitrOS-9.
