That's leaving out the live team of puppetmasters, writers, actors,
community tracking, etc. 

It also leaves out live events - What sort? How big? Where? Do you have to
do location scouting? Rent space? How much production time will it take and
what sort of staffing do you need to have for it.

Do you need audio? Again... What sort? How much? Will you need voice actors
or musicians? Can you do it in house or do you have to contract out?
