[arg_discuss] ARG budgets

Heh heh, thanks for bringing that up Brooke. That's where most of our
ARG budget is. Not to mention parking clearance, food, other
logistics.

If you're doing a purely non-profit ARG, you should look into getting
connect with a non-profit organization so that other companies/etc.
can write off donations to your ARG in various forms. In-kind is the
best!
