[arg_discuss] February Chat: Followups

Running through the chat log, it seems we need to get working on each
of the following:

 * announce time + date of next IRC chat
 * appoint people to leadership council
 * run ARG awareness events
 * write a press kit
 * preserve the history of ARGs
 * create ARG post-mortems
 * create a vocabulary
 * define admission criteria for private sub-list
 * move from list-only to forums+list dual system
 * publish new ARG SIG goals

(if I've missed or misunderstood any, please shout :))

As a reminder, we have an ARG SIG Group Gathering coming up in a week
and half's time at GDC:

We'll be actively recruiting for all the above :) so if anyone's
started working on any of these already or has ideas they want put
forwards, but won't be at GDC, get in touch and tell me what you'd
like said or done. Even better, if you'd like to take charge of any of
them, mail the list to let us all know, make a new wiki page (if
appropriate) and go for it.

If anyone is interested but worried about putting themselves forward,
please have a go anyway - there's lots to do, so there's a fair chance
that no-one else will step forwards for the thing you're interested in
either, and then we'll have no progress at all.
