[arg_discuss] [sig] Moderation

Not that I don't understand the need for moderation, but I must admit 
that it will cause me to question whether I should speak to the group. I 
wouldn't want to take time out of someone's day just so that they could 
click some sort of ok button and might, instead, consider a private 
reply. If others feel similarly, it could result in much of the 
discussion being taken off-list. With discussion as a goal, I'd suggest 
opening it up and seeing how things go, reducing your work load & our 
inbox "pending message" count in the process .
