I believe Dennis was just providing a heads up on upcoming changes, not 
soliciting ideas.

On the larger topic, I think Dennis commented on this last time there 
was a discussion about the list.  I say this because I don't think 
everyone agrees with your "ideally" statement. I think Dennis is in that 
camp as well.
