[Coco] Modern monitors that work on CoCo 3 and MM/1

Yes, there have been VGA multisync monitors since the early 90s that would
work. They've just always been pricey and nowadays are getting quite rare.

It seems like the retro-gaming community has had it's collective voice
heard.
