[Coco] EEPROM

I am developing a 4M Flash replacement. I will be able to page is
selected via software and the board
can be configured to be 8K, 16K or 32K pages. My CoCo3 stopped working
so I am in the middle of
replacing the Electrolytic Caps, then I will be back testing my 16K version.
I will announce when I will be releasing it to the group.
