[Coco] Big Security Issue

This is absoluteness NOT the case the owner of the website that now 
links to the spam or virus site should not be banned only the actual 
.zip site itself but they could just get another ISP or maybe they would 
be sponsored by some SCUM country like North Korea. Google should be 
sued
Billions make an example of them but it won't happen they have too much 
influence the best that is likely is that the sites are causing trouble 
get put on black lists used by antivirus and such and that programs and 
sites such as TWITTER that have features for convenience that are now 
security issues remove those features. In the meantime lots of damage 
done.
