[Coco] Image to 6847 64x32 VDG mode converter?

The CoCo’s 32 column screen can do 64x32 pixels, but only black and one color can be in each 2x2 square. Has anyone ever done a graphics converter that takes that in to consideration? I’ve been converting single color images down to 64x32, but expect they might look nicer with some color.
