[Coco] Bob Swoger's declining health

I met Bob for the first time in 2010 at that year's Cocofest where he made
me feel welcome and gave me a copy of Logical. Every year since I have
looked forward to seeing Bob and talking with him until the last few fests
where sadly he was unable to attend.  I will miss him.  Rest in peace Bob.
