[Coco] CoCo 2 12v

I saw a schematic from Tandy the other day on Facebook for a composite
video out. It was marked CoCo 2 and utilized 12V in the circuit. I
thought that 12v was dropped on the CoCo 2 and was only available on
the CoCo 1? Or am I mixing up that 12V was dropped from the CoCo 2's
cartridge port? If there is 12V on a CoCo 2, what is the best place to
tap into for 12v?
