I bought myself a birthday present 3 years back Rick, a gigahertz digital
dual trace sampler. Circa $500 then, some cheaper now. Have not fired up
my Hitachi v-1065 but 2 or 3 times since. That scope was a tek killer in
its day. but its day was in the mid 80's. Still works, still in
calibration, but the tube isn't as brite as it was in 1985.
