One thing I did not realize at first.  The RFI to the 2 meter handheld 
is almost completely gone.  It is only there if I stand in certain places.

This computer is a completely different computer than the CoCO 3 with 
512 K that I was seeing a the interference with.

I did not test if this upgraded computer was generating RFI before the 
upgrade.
