[Coco] Problems with Nitro Daily Build in Vcc and Windows10

The Becker disk images are to be mounted in DriveWire and then you use the
CoCo3FPGA, VCC, MAME, or XROAR to boot via a TCP connection between the
emulator and the DriveWire server.
