[Coco] Help identifying after-market disk controller board?

Hi All,

Can anyone help in identifying the following disk controller board?

Has a WD2793 FDC, and few external components.
No markings on the board which might hint at its' pedigree I'm afraid.

EPROM has DECB V1.1 programmed, though I haven't checked for any patches yet.
