[Coco] Tcp off-loading on CoCo

Burke&Burke had Daggorapatch to get DOD to run under OS-9 - I presume that will work under NitrOS9 (I haven’t personally tried it, can can’t remember if that was one of the programs we tested back in the NitrOS-9 verisons 1.xx/2.xx days)
