It can be anything you want. :) However, if you want to be consistent and be able to mount on 
Drivewrie a .vhd disk used with MESS and VCC, you will want and offset of $5A000 for the first Basic 
drive. That will give you $5A000 OS-9 sectors before the Basic "drives" start.

This offset must be in the RGBDOS/HDBDOS ROM at $D938-$D93A.
