[Coco] Bill Barden's "Connecting the CoCo to the real world" book available?

I think "Connecting the CoCo to the Real World" is a real book and it is 
mentioned in his byline beginning with the April 1991 Rainbow (pg 32), 
but I have no idea where to find a copy of this book. I can find some 
references to it in the search engines, but I haven't found the actual 
book.
