[Coco] CoCo3 FPGA project analog boards

There are a couple of standoffs that will go into the hardware kit that may take another
week or so to arrive.  When those come in, I should be able to start getting these out the
door.  In the meantime, I’ll be getting the PCBs assembled.

So, I should be shipping in 1 - 2 weeks.

Each package will contain, completely assembled analog board with 4MB of RAM,
WiFi, and RTC modules installed, full set of brass standoffs, and a new top plate.
