Well the PC/AT style keyboard connector was used for both XT and AT
keyboards. Sadly in this case only keyboards that work on the MM/1 are
those keyboards that still support the XT interface and scan codes. Sadly
in this case would need some form of active adapter to convert modern
AT/PS-2 keyboards to XT style use.
