[Coco] Coco DSK utility

Luis never released the source code, as it is in Spanish most would be unable to read it.

Plus it is written in a very old language that really is not compatible with the current Windows, the installer surely is not. I wish to remove it from my W7 system but have not because of the damage that might occur.
