[Coco] Run of RGB2VGA boards

Super easy, there is ground plane right next to Pin 10. Just scrape away
a little solder mask on the bottom of the board next to the pin and create a
solder bridge.

The red traces for the sync lines are on the top layer of the board, so you’re
clear on the bottom (blue).
