[Coco] sdc info needed

I need help
I just got my coco 3 and multi pak and coco disk controller and coco sdc all hooked up
what ive done so far
drive 0.off  to get assecc to my real drives
what o don't have, drivewire
what im needing to know
how to copy a real disk to the sdc, one disk at a time
how to look,load,and run the files on the sdc
how to take  sd card on pc to load it with software frome the web and how  to look and manage  my files on the  sdc on my pc
