[Coco] A couple of Disk Utilities for the CoCo

Okay, well I've went through probably 200 disks and I recovered 47 files.
Pitiful. I still have about that many more disks to go through.

Anyway, while I was hoping to recover the various utilities I have (or had),
most of the files I've recovered so far are games. All these games are most
likely online already, but I tossed them up on dropbox anyway just in case.

There is a file called "printer.bin" in there which I think is a print
spooler program from the Oct-1984 issue of Hot CoCo. If so, it may be set up
to run on a cassette-based system rather than a disk system. the reason I
say that is because in the article it points out how to change the program
to operate under a cassette, and I have that section underlined.

There is also a file called DMP100.DRV. I have no idea what this program is,
but it was in the same disk as printer.bin so I tossed it online as well. I
used a DMP130 and I don't recall there being drivers in RSDOS, so this file
is just a mystery to me.
