[Coco] CocoSDC + floppy drives

Expounding on my previous question...

I wonder if we need to have slot select code in the rb1773 module, or a 
flag in the descriptor to let the driver know that it needs to select 
slot(x) before reading the drive?

I seem to remember that this was discussed sometime in the recent past.
