[Coco] Rainbow on disk

I have three targets where I hope the files will be accepted.
1. The Internet Archive (This will be the most difficult and is driving the project).
2. https://sites.google.com/a/aaronwolfe.com/cococoding/home/magazines/rainbow
Aaron has said many years ago that he wanted to host the ROTROD but he is now busy with his day job to reply. That format is almost done.
3. http://www.colorcomputerarchive.com/
That is the most difficult as it is just files and no structure like a web page with instructions.
4. http://www.tandycoco.com/directory.shtml
Same problem as #3.
5. Just back up the dump truck to the dump and unload the project. No one is watching.
--------------------------------------
I restarted the ROTROD project from a decade ago when I realized that #4 might be going away and we would have just one site with ROTROD, #3.
One is a dangerous number, it is just one away from zero (0).
I have spent a huge amount of time trying to produce a project that will be on the Internet Archive and thus last the longest. Trouble is it just does not fit in with the other Rainbow resources there.
