[Coco] Donkey Kong Remixed for the CoCo 3

Hi John,

Donkey Kong is one of my favorite classic arcade games and I certainly 
appreciate all the work you've put into this to share with everyone.  I 
actually prefer yours over the MAME version.  Friends are amazed at what 
this old Coco can do!
