[Coco] Stable colours

I don't need RAM if a external SRAM is used but it would require to be dual
port since the read/write are in distinct clocks.

Also, I need a PLL that locks at exactly 114.5454 witch is NTSC 3.579545 x
32. Yes I need to digitize evey pixel 8 times.

Does this CPLD have LVDS ports ? I need 3 of them.

Doesn't worth buynig those instead ?

It has a 30Mhz clock, not certain at this. I could check on Quartus.
