[Coco] MESSUI 0.154 with Becker port

Gillaume,
I will try some tests later when I get the chance.
Note: I am using the 64 bit builds if that matters.
I will test both 32 and 64 bit builds to see if there's a difference.
Keep in mind, I am not just loading a standard becker disk from the repo. These will "boot" fine and seem to run. It's when you actually start "using" it that the problems occur. Try batch copying files, compiling C code or asm, running games. I think then you may see some of the problems arise.
My nitros9 boot is a custom boot that allows me to use both the internal emulator hard drives as well as the dw4 slots (6 VHDs total). I am also using the dual emudsk descriptors for /h0 & /h1 which someone else reported having poblems with.
I use this very same boot system in Vcc/becker with the exception of /h1, since Vcc only allows 1 emudsk drive, and have been using this setup for 4 years keeping the nitros9 system updated to the current build. So it's a stable boot system. I'm currently checking my emudsk driver as there were some problems with that in Mess before the becker patch and I found I had a bad emudsk, but this version is from a working Vcc nitros9 becker boot.
As a note, I am also utilizing the 2 meg memory function in the Mess Coco 3 and my current projects will use the extra memory if available. I don't know how much testing has been done on Mess's 2 meg. Vcc's 2 meg works great. I have 1 meg on my real Coco3, so I can verify most "extra memory" functions on the real thing for comparison,

I will let you know what I find when I get a chance to retest

Hi Bill,

The floppy drives problem with the DRIVE OFF command was present in
Richard's original patch. But I didn't experience the other problems you are
having. Can you compare your results with the non GUI version from the Color
Computer archive? As I compiled both versions myself, I wonder if your
problems are specific to the MESSUI version.
