Do without the box.  If your TV has a 75 ohm coax input get a phono to coax 
adapter.  If a 300 ohm input you need a 300 to 75 ohm balun and the phono to 
coax adapter.  On my CoCos, since 1984, I put the adapter on the CoCo end 
and use 75 ohm coax to the TV.
