I have designed a CoCo cartridge housing in OpenSCAD and made one
attempt to print it on my Thing-O-Matic. It didn't complete
successfully that time and I haven't taken the time to try again. I
have successfully printed a case for a Raspberry Pi, which is a similar
size, so I'm pretty confident I can make it work. My design is based on
the game-sized cartridges, but would be trivial to lengthen in the CAD.
About the biggest thing I could print on my machine is something like
the DS-69 video digitizer case -- between a game cart and a full-size
floppy controller. We could have them made on Ponoko (though last time
I checked I thought their 3D printing looked pretty expensive) or
somebody with a bigger build platform could make them if I can't make
them big enough.

I can add whatever kinds of cutouts or vents are needed. How big is the
SDC board? What kind of mounting arrangements are there?
