[Coco] [Color Computer] SG6 How turn on?

Jim, there is no SG6 mode on the CoCo 2B or the CoCo 3;  the procedure for
turning SG6 on in the earlier CoCos is identical to that for obtaining true
32-column lowercase in those later models.  Small loss;  that mode never
worked as described;  as I recall, you'd have black vertical bars between
character blocks, if you could even display text at all.
